Drop in your water quality data summary spreadsheet — get back an exceedance screening: data quality checks, summary statistics, period-over-period changes, which program types your data covers, what the current monitoring schedule looks like (inferred from your sampling dates), and any results flagged against MCLs, action levels, OEBGD, or your own custom limits.
Screening, not a compliance determination. This tool compares numbers against limit values — it does not apply running-annual-average math, 90th-percentile calculations, lab-certification checks, approved-method verification, or sampling-schedule rules. Flagged results tell you where to look closer, not whether a violation occurred.

Analysis summary
How it works
Drop in your spreadsheet. Read locally in your browser — no uploads.
Confirm the columns. The 11-column Lab Datasheet Builder format is recognized automatically; anything else gets a quick mapping step.
Get the summary. Program types, per-parameter monitoring frequency inferred from sampling dates, gaps in monitoring, and exceedances vs federal limits — as a readable report you can copy or download.
What it checks
Monitoring schedule (inferred). From your sampling dates, per program and parameter: how often monitoring actually happened (monthly / quarterly / semi-annual / annual / irregular), when each parameter was last sampled, and gaps where a monitoring period looks missed.
Exceedances. Numeric results are compared against federal MCLs and action levels from 40 CFR Part 141 (87 parameters in the built-in table, units converted automatically). Non-detects are counted, not flagged.
This is a screening summary, not a compliance determination. Monitoring frequency rules (routine vs increased vs reduced) depend on system size, history, and state primacy requirements — always confirm against the current regulation and your state.
Coming in Pro: regulatory schedule decisions
Combine your data with the actual monitoring rules — routine vs increased vs reduced monitoring per program (LCR, DBPR, IOCs, …), compliance sampling plan checks, action-level triggers. Leave your email and we will let you know when it launches.
Limitations
Schedule inference is descriptive — it reflects what your dates show, not what the regulation requires. Exceedance screening compares your results against the standards you select (federal NPDWR, OEBGD, and/or your custom limits); some limits (e.g. running annual averages, 90th percentiles) need rule-specific math this tool does not do yet. Always verify against the current eCFR and applicable requirements before making compliance decisions. Look up any federal limit in the Drinking Water Compliance Center.
