Consulting Tools

Consulting Tools

Working tools for drinking-water consulting practice — free to use, right in your browser. They follow the order of a real project: tidy your lab data, analyze it, plan the monitoring, QA the report before it goes to the client, and finish with planning templates.

STEP 1 · DATADATA EXTRACTION

Lab Datasheet Builder

Drop in lab report PDFs and get back a finished Excel datasheet — one row per result, consistent columns, non-detects flagged. Not a mechanical converter: no messy tables, no manual cleanup. 100% in-browser — your files never leave your computer.

STEP 2 · ANALYZEDATA ANALYSISNEW

Water Quality Data Analyzer

Drop in your water quality data summary sheet and get an analysis summary: program types covered, current monitoring schedule inferred from your sampling dates, and exceedances flagged against federal MCLs and action levels.

STEP 3 · PLANREGULATORYNEW

Compliance Monitoring Planner

Enter your system’s background — type, size, source water, treatment, history — and get a system-specific screening: which federal programs apply, the routine schedule each requires, whether you may qualify for reduced monitoring, and what triggers increased monitoring.

STEP 4 · REPORT QAACRONYM QA

Acronym & Abbreviation Checker

Paste your report text and get every acronym checked against the professional standard: spelled out on first use — Full Name (ACR). Flags missing or late definitions before your client sees them. Table-of-contents pages are automatically excluded.

STEP 5 · FINAL POLISHPROOFREADING

Document Quality Checker

Paste your report and catch the small errors that undermine it — misspellings, double spaces, broken cross-references, figure numbering gaps, missing unit spacing, mixed date formats. Download a mechanically cleaned copy.

STEP 6 · TEMPLATESPLANNINGNEW

Consulting Templates

Start every engagement with professional paperwork: compliance sampling plan and sanitary survey templates (coming soon), plus appendix references — sampling procedures, analytical methods, and public notification templates.

PRIVACY

Your data stays yours

Can anyone steal the system data or lab results you put into these tools? No — because we never receive them. Every tool on this page runs entirely in your browser: the PDFs, spreadsheets, system background, and report text you enter are processed on your own device and never uploaded to our servers. There is no server copy for a hacker to steal, and no database of client data to breach.

The only things that ever leave your browser are the ones you explicitly submit: a Pro waitlist email, a contact message, or a shared lab-template layout (never your report data). A few tools remember your own settings in your browser’s local storage — on your device only. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
