What to write about
- Tool feedback and error reports — if a calculator gives a result that looks wrong, tell us the tool name, the inputs you used, and what you expected. Screenshots help. Accuracy reports are taken seriously and corrections are published with an update note.
- Feature requests — if a calculation or reference you use often is missing, describe it and we will consider adding it.
What to include
To get a useful reply faster, a short message works best: what you are trying to do, which tool or regulation is involved, and — for error reports — the exact inputs and the result you expected.
What not to send
- Urgent operational or safety issues — contact your facility’s responsible operator or local emergency services instead.
- Confidential client data or unredacted lab reports — do not send sensitive information by email unless we have agreed on a secure channel first.
